Velkommen Til Verden...

Baby ~ Monthly Onesie Tags

To make sure there will be taken loads of sweet photos of my two nieces, I have made onesie tags/stickers for them. They are easy to adhere to a white onesie or t-shirt, and you will have 12 monthly photos of them to see how much they have grown.
Both my brother and my sister became parents last week, so I had to make these in 2 different colours. Purple for Emilie and red for Pia.
The numbers and text was written in Photoshop and printed to watercolour paper. For the numbers I chose a distressed, bold font so they are easy to read on a photograph.
The scalloped purple panel is made with spellbinder dies and purple Bazzil cardstock. The butterflies was punched with butterfly punch from Stampin Up. The black butterfly ptterns was stamped on acetate sheet before punched. There are 3 layers of papers on each butterfly.
For the butterflies I used three different purple papers from Ladybug and Friends.
At the back of the tag, I put a glue dot with plastic cover. So it's easy to adhere the tag to the clothes.
I decorated a brown paper bag with ribbon, Thickers alpha stickers, butterflies(SU die) and pearls.
And here are the photos of the red onesie tags. The patterned papers are from 3ndypapir, Papirdesign and Panduro.

I hope you like what I've made and was inspired to make a gift like this for a newborn too :)

I wish you all a happy weekend, and thanks for visiting my blog!

Homemade pink wrinkled ribbon, white lace from Stoff  og Stil, brads from MM and white corrugated cardboard from Inkido.

Baby Tales

Here's a baby card made for a colleague of mine. The cute vintage baby image is from Minne-Hjørnet. The book image is from Heartwarming Vintage. I have used old sheet music and also the pink paper(Candy Stars) from my Candy Tree collection(for Inkido). I think the paper looks good for baby girl cards too, since it's pink with white stars. All papers have been distressed with distressing tool and brown ink. I have also sewn all edges with my sewing machine. So this card is my entre for the D challenge at the ABC challenge blog.
The circular stamp I don't know where's from, but the other sentiment is from Kort og Godt.
The stars in fabric have been cut with some star dies from Spellbinders(thanks to Tine for borrowing the dies!)
The flowers and heart charm are also from Kort og Godt, and behind them I have put one more fabric star. This one has benn inked with Maroon ink.
The baby image is from Heartwarming Vintage and the other image is from Ladybug and Friends.
Inside the card I used a sweet sentiment, also from Ladybug and Friends. And again, one more fabric star. This one I sprayed with Glimmer Mist pearl :)
The big tags have been made with the Top Note die from Stampin Up. Heart charm from Kort og Godt and the vintage corner embellishment is Melissa Frances. And more fabric stars too.....
.... and fabric stars at the back of the card!!! :)
