Her er et utvalg av gavelapper som jeg laget til Ett Trykk Desember 2011.

Long time, no see......

Oh my......

It's been SO long since I last blogged, but now I'm back again.

Due to renovation of our house my office has been stacked away for over 1 month so it's been hard to create things. But now the office is officially opened again and I'm creating lots of new things. Mainly for the Feb12 issue of Ett Trykk( so I can't show that to you yet).

Meanwhile I can show you stuff I made for Ett Trykk October 2011 issue.

Here is what I made for the theme "Christmas Party"

I used these products:

Inks: Distress Ink - Brushed Corduroy, Archival Ink - Jet Black, Coffee
Stamps:  Inkido - vintage stamps, unknown - invitation, Stempelglede - sentiment
Papers: Water colour paper, brown paper bag, Graphic 45, Karen Foster
Other: Martha Stewart - Arch Lattice border punch, Cornice border punch, Scandinavian Snowflake punch, Holly punch, Stampin' Up - red twine, tag punch, Wild Orchid Crafts - rose, Inkido - red pearls, eBay - lace. Old Stamps.

Altered Gift Boxes

I've totally forgotten to show you these gift boxes I altered for Christmas. The boxes are bought at the Duty Free shop. They are Anthon Berg corrugated cardboard boxes were filled with fudge ;) I've saved them after all was eaten, and now it was time to alter them and use them as Christmas gifts.

The stamps I used are from Stempelglede's Vintage Christmas collection. I got the stamp set as a present from a very sweet friend :) Papers are from Inkido.

I stamped the images on glossy paper with Archival Ink Sepia. The snowflakes are Scandinavian snowflake punch from Martha Stewart. I added Stickles to the snowflakes and the edges of the paper and image.
Behind the image I have used a tag die from Sizzix on the sheet music.

The first box was filled with dark chocolate.

This box is almost similar to the first one.

 This box was filled with candles and a decorated match box.

Well, this was the last bit of Christmas 2010. I've already started new projects and will show them you soon on my blog! In between crafting I'm also preparing for some wedding shoots and designing for Inkido :)

Small Christmas Gifts

It's the day after the BIG DAY(my 30th birthday) and I can finally breathe out and start to enjoy Christmas.

I want to thank all of you for phone calls, text messages, Facebook greetings, cards, flowers and other gifts :)

Later I will show you some of the cool gifts I got.

These are some match boxes I decorated as gifts to some friends. I gave them together with some candles in decorated paper bags. I used vintage images from Ladybug and Friends. Papers and embellies are from Inkido!

On this match box I used one of the stamps from the Vintage Christmas stamp set from Stempelglede!
I got this stamp set as a gift from a very sweet cardmaker friend ;) Thank you!

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!

I hope it will be filled with lots of presents, memorable moments with your family and friends, good food and hopefully you'll see some snow too!

Christmas Gift Bags

Today it started snowing and I've stayed inside making some Christmas Gift Bags. I managed to make a total of 9! Here are 4 of them. I will fill them with chocolates and give them to some sweet friends for Christmas :)

I dag kom snøen(bare litt) og jeg har holdt meg trygt innendørs siden jeg sliter med en forkjølelse. Så da har man god tid til juleforberedelser. I går kveld fikk jeg skrevet alle julekortene, og i dag har jeg sittet og puslet med noen små gaveposer. Jeg har laget 9 stk, og her kommer 4 av dem. Jeg skal fylle de med sjokolader og gi de til noen søte venner til jul.

I used some small brown paperbags. The measurements are 8x15 cm. I used patterned papers from Panduro, stamps and red bling from Inkido, Martha Stewart snowflake punches, Glimmer Mist Old Lace and various red ribbons from my stash.
Jeg brukte brune papirposer som måler 8x15cm.Mønsterpapirene er fra Panduro, stempler fra Inkido, snøkrystallpuncher fra Martha Stewart, Glimmer Mist Old Lace og diverse røde bånd fra stashet mitt.

At the back I used two of my personal stamps.
På baksiden av posene brukte jeg to forskjellige personlige stempler.

On the inside of the bag I decorated with various vintage images from Ladybug and Friends.
På innsiden pyntet jeg med vintagebilder fra Ladybug and Friends.

I sprayed the bags with Glimmer Mist Old Lace. The white snowflake was covered with Stickles Frosted Lace.
Jeg sprayet hele posen med Glimmer Mist Old Lace. Den hvite snøkrystallen ble dekket med Stickles Frosted Lace.

Inkido ~ Alternative Gift Wrapping

Tomorrow December is here and it's time to start thinking about wrapping all those presents. Today I want to show you an aternative way to wrap them. I found the inspiration on this blog.

Desember er her i morgen, og nå er det på tide å pakke inn alle julegavene. I dag vil jeg vise en alternativ måte å pakke inn gavene på. Gjenbruk er tingen og det er kjekt å kunne være litt mer miljøvennlig enn innpakkingen de gjør i butikkene. Inspirasjonen fant jeg her.

I used some old sheet music to wrap the gift. I inked the edges with Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy. The ribbon is made from white corrugated cardboard. I use the corrugated cardboard from Inkido, because it's not so thick and easy to bend. I cut it to 1/2" strips. I wrapped two strips around the gift and the rest to make a bow.
Jeg har brukt et gammelt noteark til å pakke inn gaven. Jeg har svertet kantene med brunt blekk for å gi det et gammelt preg. "Gavebåndet" er laget av bølgepapp. Denne er hvit og kommer fra Inkido, men det går fint an å bruke den brune, "vanlige" også. Den er fin å male med litt hvit maling. Jeg kuttet bølgepappen i remser som er litt bredere enn 1 cm. To av dem brukte jeg til å legge rundt gaven. Resten av remsene brukte jeg til å lage sløyfen. Den er laget av 4 remser og en liten på toppen. Jeg festet de sammen med stifter og glue dots.

I used glue dots to fasten the bow to the gift. To finish it off I used some Stickles Crystal Ice on the bow and added a tag. The tag was made with paper and stamps from Inkido.
For å gi sløyfen et glitrende preg, pyntet jeg den med glitterlim(Stickles Crystal Ice). Gavelappen er laget med papir og stempler fra Inkido.

Inkido ~ Handmade Christmas Gift Tags

Here are some christmas gift tags. I 've made them the same way as I did the Christmas cards last week. You can see the tutorial HERE. 

 For these two tags I have used stamps from Inkido(Åpnes, God Jul Stjärna and Snöflinga 2 liten). The edges of the tag are inked with Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy.

 Inside I also used a stamp from Inkido - Juletag.

 For these tags I have used some of the new Vintage images from Inkido.

Inside this tag I used the 24.12 post stamp.

Inkido Vintage Images

This card was made with one of the new vintage images from Inkido. The papers are my own designs for Inkido. They were distressed on the edges with the Tim Holtz Distress tool. I used the stamps God Jul 27 and Stilla Natt. Flowers, ribbon and leaves are also from Inkido.

More Inkido Quick Christmas Cards

Here are more photos and details of the other cards I made with my tutorial on how to make quick Christmas Cards. You can look at the tutorial HERE.
The ribbons on these cards are vintage wrinkled ribbons I have died and wrinkled myself :) The rest of the supplies are from Inkido.

 The sentiment have been stamoed with Archival Ink Maroon and the snowflakes with Archival Ink Coffee.

 The collage stamp have been stamped with Archival Ink Sepia and clear embossed.

 The image is from Ladybug and Friends vintage papers.

 I embossed the collage stamp with white and the angel is from a Ladybug and Friends vintage paper.

 The image was stamped with Archival Ink Sepia and then clear embossed.

 I stamped the image with Archival Ink Cobalt.
