Over at I Heart Faces they have something called Fix it Friday. All contributors and participants edit the same photo. I made two versions of the photo and you can see them and the original below.
On this 1st version I did some cropping, added a soft touch and played with curves and saturation to give it a vintage white look.
The 2nd version was also cropped, turned int o black / white, with high contrast, added some noise, and gave it a soft touch.
